Account Executive

Responsibilities

- Sell leads, calls, and marketing services to a wide range of industries.

- Develop real connections through phone, email, and professional networking

- Prospect for new clients and build long-term relationships by listening to client needs, demonstrating the benefits of our products, and recommending appropriate solutions

- Analyze client success and present to leadership team weekly

- Manage client’s sales activity via HubSpot/CRM


Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in online media

- You can learn and apply new concepts quickly

- A data focused, ambitious attitude - the numbers tell a story

- You have strong written, verbal, phone and presentation skills

- Experience managing accounts within an online CRM system (HubSpot)

- Passion to educate and sell while focused on solutions - you’re not easily intimidated

- Ability to work effectively in an open-seating environment

- Bachelor’s degree a plus

Account Manager

Responsibilities

- Lead all aspects of account management to build trusted relationships with existing clients and greater satisfaction.

- Demonstrate and sell value to key stakeholders and grow new revenue

- Track and manage your client’s revenue to achieve company goals on a monthly basis

- Understand client needs and help shape roadmap by surfacing feedback to internal teams

- Build and maintain relationships with all levels of target organizations, sales, operational teams and management to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction

- Oversee rollout of new campaigns and assure they are successful

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of sales/AM experience in online media

- Strong negotiating/closing skills and track record of top performance

- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

- Eager and excellent work ethic appropriate for a fast-paced, growing startup

- Great organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively

- Ability to work effectively in an open-seating environment

- Bachelor’s degree a plus

Affiliate Manager

 Responsibilities

- Monitoring marketing activity of each affiliate, analyzing performance, and recommending ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues

- Recommending new campaigns to affiliates

- Supplying creative packages, links and reporting to affiliates as needed

- Communicating and monitoring compliance and brand guidelines

- Recruiting new affiliates through research, referrals and other avenues

- Attending industry conferences and trade shows

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of industry experience

- Experience in Online Media or Affiliate Marketing is preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Ability to effectively manage and build client relationships

- Prior use and understanding of tracking platforms

- Analytical – Excel is a MUST

- Great problem-solving skills

- Ability to work effectively in an open-seating environment

Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

- Set up, traffic, optimize and report on digital media and telephone campaigns

- Work closely with sales teams to execute client requests

- Report on campaign success and provide strategic recommendations informed by data

- Continually optimize live advertising campaigns, identify efficiencies, and drive maximum performance for our clients

- Troubleshooting any potential issues

- Look for and identify trends in historical data to come up with effective long-term and short-term strategies to help drive growth

 

Requirements

- Must have some digital advertising experience

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- High sense of urgency with ability to successfully perform work while meeting deadlines

- Positive, can-do-anything attitude, attention to detail, and high energy

- Ability to articulate thoughts and findings both orally and in writing

- Experience with Excel, HTML/CSS, Google Analytics a plus

- Ability to work effectively in an open-seating environment

Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

- On boarding and working with publishers to match them with campaigns that will perform best for their marketing methods. Pay-Per-Call, CPA, CPL Campaigns.

- Monitor account activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase account performance.

- Maintain high level of communication with accounts, recommend new campaigns for accounts and provide performance feedback to internal teams.

- Recruit new publishers and business through research, referrals and other avenues.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or minimum 3 years of online media experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills

- Self-starter, quick learner, and works well within a team environment

- Strong recruitment and negotiation skills

- Ability to effectively manage and build client relationships

- Work effectively in an open-seating environment

Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

- Scheduling and coordination of marketing initiatives  

- Collection and organization of production materials

- Support sales and operations teams as needed

- Execute and manage special projects

- Coordinate creation of all trade show materials

 

Requirements

- Must be proficient in Excel and Word

- Strong Administrative and Coordinator background, marketing a plus

- Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines

- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build solid professional relationships

- Work effectively in an open-seating environment
